Kelly wise had great communication with me until I paid her 3500 for our "trained" Doberman that we planned to have trained as my daughters autism service dog. Once kelly received my payment I rarely heard from her again..That is when I started digging and found bad reviews on her. She seems to be doing this often to other families. Kelly always has an excuse for not replying to your emails. She's Always promising pictures and videos. We received maybe 3 photos and one very short video Within several moths. Once the dog arrived she had terrible dandruff and smelled very dirty. Her ears were still wrapped because they were cropped too late and they also had a terrible odor and an ear infection. This dog is terrified of everyone and was so scared to enter my daughters room that she peed. She's had next to zero training. Our service dog trainer is disappointed and so are we. We were also promised a video and email on all of her training she received so we would know what she learned and now almost two months later we've received nothing and our emails ignored. My husband and I saved for this dog so we could have the best foundation set to start our service dog training. We did not get what we paid for. Not even close. My 11 year old daughter has severe autism and is non-verbal. She is still in diapers and desperately needs an autism dog to help her and our family. Now things are on hold because this Doberman is not cut out for this important job. We have asked for our money back so we can have the funds to find a better suited dog, but have not heard back from kelly. I'm praying that we will hear from her so that this opportunity isn't ruined for my child.
