Read my complaint. If you don't see it search for Adjustable Beds Direct or adjustablebeds.tv. It's been nearly 48 hours since last communication with the manager and he still hasn't answer my emails and the weekend is coming. Today is 20 April 2012.

I would like to let the public know that i have made an honest mistake in bringing the AdjustablebedTV (ABTV) company into this ordeal. Through various conversation i have come to realize i made a mistake in the company that ripped me off. It was NOT (ABTV) it was Sortie Home Gallery in San Rafael, CA. I had contacted (ABTV) previously before speaking with Chris over at Sortie Home Gallery and ordering the bed directly from Sortie (Chris), And this is where the confusion occured. So i would like to apologize to (ABTV) for dragging and innocent company into this complaint. AdjustablebedTV is a very good company with great credentials and i feel very bad i made the mistake in judgement because now this website will NOT allow me to take the post offline ... This is a case of mistaken identity. I have contacted (ABTV) to let them know of the mistake and they are taking care of me with free parts for the bed that i did NOT receive from Sortie Home Gallery and i am very happy with the results. Ripoffreport.com will NOT allow me to remove ABTV's name from my post, but only edit the original post ... I believe an innocent company has been included when it should NOT have been and for this im very sorry. Richard Pembroke Pines, FL
