AdMarketplace - EBay AMP Keywords Took $200 for a keywords program on ebay to help with our sales. Now the program is disncontinued. They are NOT replying to numerous requests for a refund. ripoff Internet

a bit of history: over a year ago, eBay and adMarketplace teamed up to offer a service where keywords could be purchased to bring traffic to sellers? items on ebay based on a buyer?s search. This was called eBay AMP keywords.
We are powersellers on ebay with over 7500 positive feedbacks. So we put in some credit funds in the program to give it a try. But shortly after that, the program was folded. The problem is that they still have the bulk of our money.
For over a month we have emailed/called adMarketplace but we can?t even get a reply from them as to what they are going to do with our money. We also contacted eBay powersellers program but they were of no help either, arguing that the funds were paid to adMarketplace and not ebay.
adMarketplace still offers some marketing services to e-commerce sites. We would suggest great discretion before contracting their services.

Adam Epstein, president of adMarketplace, personally took over my file and resolved my complaint in a timely and effective matter. He was open and understanding regarding my issues. adMarketplace is a legitimate company. they do meet a marketing need in the ecommerce market.
