Administration Plus USA Breach of contract Dublin, Ohio
In April of 2010, I purchased an extended warranty (60 months/100,000 miles) for my vehicle from AA Auto Protection of West Deptford, NJ. In October of 2012, the vehicle needed a repair and the dealer caller the number on the policy and was told that the repair was authorized but there was no money to pay for the repair.
When I called the company to understand the issue, I was told that my contract was not with them but with Administration Plus USA, LLC, PO Box 335 Dublin, Ohio, 43017. When I called them, I was told that their insurance company - Western Insurance Company - had their assets seized and they had no money to pay for my repair.
In reading Section 3: General Provisions of the contract, it states "This Contract is between You and US..." - it doesn't say anything about their insurance company. When I called to inquire about how to submit my claim, I was given a fax number but when I tried to fax my claim, their fax wouldn't connect.
When I called and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was transferred to the voicemail of someone named Shawn who has not returned any of my calls.
