Administrative Office Of The Courts Planned obselence Frankfort Kentucky
In September 2003 I started working for the Records Division of Pretrial Services. This department is located in Frankfort, Kentucky and is part of ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS. I transferred from Louisville, KY as a Pretrial Officer to work as an Educational Specialist. I was one of five "Educational Specialists". The other trainers were: Robert Dyche IV whose father resided on the Kentucky Supreme Court. Jason Cloyd, Nicole Allison, Rick Tucker and John Watt. After four and a half years of service, I was fired without cause and denied unemployment benefits.
Approximately 140 hours of annual time had been deleted from my account and have never been compensated for this along with a travel voucher exceeding $1000.00 in gas money. My job as Educational Specialist had been changed numerous times, however it was always made clear by John Watt what I could do and what I couldn't do. The last four months of my employment I discovered that my immediate supervisor Ed Crockett and his wife Melinda Wheeler were illegally campaigning at state-funded Pretrial Conferences and had hired David Haney to come into the Records Division and help promote Melinda Wheeler's Campaign for Kentucky State Treasurer by working on her website in a private office down the hall from Ed Crockett.
To sum up quickly, a fraudulent dismissal letter had been generated for me on August 27th, 2007. Although all of my work evaluations were spotless. I was being fired for Insubordinations that were never discussed with me in person. Everything was made up without my knowledge and had been sent to "Legal" for review. A week prior to this, I had been placed on Administrative leave without cause. I had taken my computer to get it re-imaged. When Joni Edwards and Jason Cloyd discovered what I had done, they immediately ran up and down the hallways belting out that I had stolen state property. Then when discovered that it wasn't stolen, they jumped to "I was installing illegal software". This incident never shows up in my employee record. Nor does it show up my dismissal letter.
