Adobe Systems Incorporated Ordered CS4 online but I called and canceled the order prior to shipment. I was assured the order was canceled. About a week later, it arrived in the mail. Cannot obtain refund. Internet
Ordered CS4 online and then called to cancel prior to shipment. I was assured that the order was canceled. About a week later the software arrived at my home and my credit card was charged. Since then I have spent many, many hours on hold trying to get this resolved. I am unable to obtain a refund. If I ask to speak with a supervisor, they are always unavailable. I fear that I have no recourse.
