Adrive offers 50GB of free online storage space for your files.  I stored around 33GB of my personal & business files with them.  I logged onto my account today, 4/10/2015, only to find that NONE of my files were in my account.  I searched the Adrive support "forums" (since they don't have any phone numbers to actually call and speak with someone) and found numerous other adrive users with the same deleted file issue.

Looking into specific forum threads, I was able to find out that Adrive had lost all of my files & they are now unrecoverable.  Even though my account still states that I have 33GB of used space (out of the 50GB).  There is no way to recover my files and I was not sent any kind of email, given any kind of phone call, or alerted about this issue at all. 

This company is a sham.  I want my files back in their entirety.  I also expect a written explanation regarding their losing all of my files, as my business relied on their service for storage of sensitive information, documents and material that is required by law to be kept for a certain amount of years.  Again, I want my files along with a written explanation regarding this issue from Adrive.
