ADT Alarm/ ecurity Services Fraudulent Company ripping us off! Aurora Colorado
Signed up my company for Security Services. Had ADT for three years. Changed office location which did not have ADT. Canceled with ADT. They're billing me almost $1500 as Company says I signed contract for term of 5 years. Cannot cancel for any reason--even if moved office location. Must pay balance of the contract or reconnect with ADT. Don't go with these guys--EVER! Total ripoff. I'm disputing the bill but they called one of my employees at home, saying I breeched the contract. That's a violation of my privacy to share that information with an employee! When I refused to pay the "final" bill, they turned the account over to a Collection Agency. Now I have to see a lawyer to get out of this. They're totally bogus! Will never recommend them again to anyone.
