After using ADT for 5 years we moved. I called to cancel service they gave me a difficult time. When I moved out the service was still on. They told me that they would cancel automatic withdrawal from my account but they DID NOT. When I inquired about new service they lied regarding the contract and fees associated with the contract. Very BAD company!!! So sad that you cannot even trust a security company to be a trustworthy company. Fraudulent practices. Had to call bank to put a stop notice.
