First of all, if you didn't want wires going everywhere you should have gotten the wireless system. Secondly, that monthly fee his company if complaining about is the monitoring charge. Thirdly, how do you think security systems are installed? Do you think we just glue the panel to your wall? It was your salesman responsability to inform you of the drilling. They know better. Lastly, don't blame a whole company on one bad tech. Call the local office and speak to the techs manager about his poor install job. How would you like me to give your family a bad name just because one of your distant relatives went to jail or something? Try to solve your problem locally before you go around bashing the company as a whole.

ADT finally came back out and fixed the crappy workmanship done. I took a few weeks of calling back and forth but they resolved the problem. They did replace his wireless backup for free due to the worker breaking it. I still have the huge hole behind my keypad that will have to be fixed if keypad is ever moved. I still have the hole by my dryer vent but the did put caulk on it.
