Adult Friend Finder Fraudlant Billing San Jose California
This company has billed me twice for a standard membership at $19.95 per month, but on their site they say it is free.
When I contacted them, they said I did not set the auto renew to OFF, but I did, and every time I go back into the site to check, it has be reset to ON.
Their customer service people clain it is my computer doing it and they can not be responsible. They now want me to delete the membership so all the records disappear!
I have checked everyday now since the last charge and found the auto renew changed daily to ON, even though I change it daily to OFF.
I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges and cancelled the credit card, Ipay, who handles their billing, the State Attorney Generals Office and the FBI Fraud Unit, all of these people seem to know about this company.
So save your money and don't give them a credit card number.
