I like how some ASSUME that your up to no good if your on an "adult wesite" first of all my wife is well aware of my actions as she is a member herself. Second of all im not sure how this person got my kids info, this person who has made the threats brags about all the ppl he has run off from the site. its a game to him, the site wont remove him , and he does as he pleases, terrorizes and threatens who he pleases. third, yes ive contacted the feds about this and have been sending copies of his threats. does that answer your question?

Perhaps you could clarify a few things: 1. What are you doing looking for "adult friends" when you have a wife? 2. What are your children doing on MySpace, posting their full names and other identifying information? 3. Did you also reveal your true identity to this so-called "stalker"? If not, why not discontinue your use of the site so you will not continue to be harrassed? Of course, you probably DID reveal a little too much information, especially seeing as how you gave a stalker access to your children's MySpace pages. 4. Did you contact the authorities regarding this "stalking"? Did you contact ANYONE? (And I do mean a real live person, not merely sending some internet site.)

Have you filed any criminal complaints at the federal, state or local level? If you haven't, now is the time you should. Transmitting a threat is still a crime, and if it's across state lines, the FBI would be an appropriate agency to file a criminal threat/ stalking criminal complaint. If possible, make printouts of any threats made and include copies of the threats in your criminal complaint. Good luck.
