Advance Cash Now Cash Advance now Loan scammers not sure, Internet
Today, this person by the name of Eddie Jones left a message stating that I or my redeem attorney need to return this phone call.This information is time sensitive information. He told me not to disregard this call and do return the call. If I don't return the call or don't hear from my attorney, it will be hard for me. He wishes me good luck as the situation goes on.I tried calling a few times and no one picked up. Then someone picked up and told him someone called for me. He told me to hold on and then hung up. I called again and someone picked up again. I asked him what this about. He told me has someone called you about this and I said no. He said "They didnt" and I said "No." He told me he would explain if I do not interrupt. He told me that Advance Cash Now or Cash Advance Now is taking me to court for Fraud and writing bad checks. He asked me if I had any questions. I said to him "How can you take me to court when I did not sign or authorize anything. He started to raise his voice and said "Didnt you take out a loan?" I said "I applied for one but did not go through with it and wasn't interested anymore," but he started raising his voice more and talking over me. I told him I was respectful enough to listen what he had to say and now give me the chance to talk and he wouldn't. He kept talking over me. Then I hung up. They had called my job and call my cell phone and not saying anything. I called back many times later that night and the phone kept ringing and would do a beep when picked up. Somebody did answer and said my name. I asked for Eddie. She told me there was no one by that name and told me I was suppose to speak to someone else. I asked her why did he called then and she hung up. I called back again and the women started is this Justin. She started gigling. I told her she know who this is and I know this is a scam. I told them I am going to report them.
