Advanced Automatic Transmissions This company Stole my hard earned money, then left me with a bill after i was robbed Bbrooksville Florida
Hello my name is Greg , I live in Salinas Ca. Recently i purchaced a rebuilt transmission from an E-Bay store AA Remanufactored transmissions. To make a long story short i ordered this unit on 05-22-08, After multiple failed shipping dates I recieved the unit 0n 06-13-08, My shop soon called me to let me know that the unit was incorrect.
The folks at AA Reman instructed my shop on 06-22-08 to take parts off of my old transmission and put them on the new one and things would be fine. After attempting this my shop concluded that the unit would not work with any amount of modification. After speaking with my shop they tell me that AA Reman has fired the employee who instructed my shop to do the modifications. However AA Reman has not returned my phone calls regarding the refund of my money, or a sutible replacement.
I spoke to Earl at AA Remanufactured transmissions 1330 Jacqueline St. Brooksville FL. 34613 (352)-596-1077, 1-866-882-2002. On 07/16/08 and he told me that he would send the correct unit on 07/18/08 but has not returned any phone calls to give me the tracking number as of 07/21/08. After i finally recieved the correct transmission i was left with the labor costs of modifying the wrong transmission wich came out to as much as the total cost of the original purchace. No attempts to return any of my calls or e-mails have been recorded by me.
