Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I feel this is utterly ridiculous.  As you can see I parked the car and went to a merchant on Peachtree Street where there is no parking.  My receipt is timed 5:17 pm  This citation was sited 5:25 pm  Really 7 minutes  And when I tried to explain to the person I was just picking up a package from a store.  Not shopping picking something up.  And he said “this is not free parking” and understand but I don’t believe 8 minutes is officially parking it was more like stopping.  The engine was still warm when I got back  And he was obviously lurking in near by as he had to run out and put the boot on in the matter of a few minutes.  I did not have cash to put in the meter and was not giving my time up to someone else or to no one and let you all benefit.  He then had the nerve to say how are you going to pay cash, charge or debit  Really $75 cash in this day and edge and why would I give cash to person who I don’t even know he is not a  scammer.  But  again to boot a car for 7 minutes.  I know you are being proactive for those who violate but when  you realize the short time frame there should be some sort of room to work around. .  I am at my job where we are not supposed to do personal things but I just feel this has to be a addressed and come to some sort of resolution and not $75

“So you are saying if I leave my car on then it is not parked.”

No, I never stated or implied that.

“Or if I leave me car to go pick a flower it is parking”

Yes, that would define a parked vehicle.

“And I will do what I can to add to the complaints to the better business bureua and anyone else that will listen.”

Be sure to include the fact that you consider yourself to be special and therefore shouldn't be expected to abide by the parking regulations in your community.

So 7 minutes is considered parked yet you don't have on your machine 7 minutes.  Plus he was lurking around just waiting. So you are saying if I leave my car on then it is not parked.  Or if I leave me car to go pick a flower it is parking

And if we want to state facts:  Customer Service is just that.  You give a number leave a message and no response    You give a website but when you fill that out unless you put something in the Browser it does not accept  I put a copy in the browser it was not valid so it says  You have no fax number what's so ever and when I talked to let's chat I talked to a person in New York or some where not in Georgia. And they could not even give me a fax number.  REally that is one of your locations and you have no information like fax numbers.  The jus chat person hung up.

Then your employee asked how I would pay cash, charge or debit.  Really do you think I would give a total stranger $75 cash.  I am still not comfortable with giving my charge account.  And have alerted the company to watch for fraudulent activity.   As I don't trust your whole operation and when you can not speak to a person that is a definite red flag.  I am not done with this and really feel you should be put out of business.  And I will do what I can to add to the complaints to the better business bureua and anyone else that will listen.  But as I said I will be watching my account activity to be assured you are not more of a scam artist than I think

It’s your claim that a vehicle that has occupied a parking space for seven minutes is not a parked vehicle. That’s quite an odd theory. Now hear this: An unoccupied stationary vehicle is considered to be a parked vehicle.

Now you know.
