Advanced Metal Roofing of Wilmington did sloppy work on my home and then refused to make it good. My home is still leaking and the roofer that I asked to come and take a look said that the entire roof will have to come off because there is no way to tell where the water is coming from. My attic leaked so bad that it ruined the floor and the celing below it and they refused to pay to have it replaced. My roof has leaked around my fire place ever since they did the roof and they would not allow anyone else to do the work stating that it would negate my warranty. Well I paid someone else to check it out and do some repairs and they refused to pay for that too. Well they are out of business now and I have no recourse. If you are dealing with any metal roofing company you better check them out really good before you use them. These people are crooks!!
