Advanced Property Management Solutions Ltd ripoff scam Dayton Ohio
This is a property management company. They are supposed to help individuals find homes that are available for rent to own or under land contract and they can find individuals to rent out your current home.
I met with the property manager Rick Watson, during this meeting we discussed the services that his company offered. I was then informed that they could provide me with information on homes available.
I was given the choice to just get put in the files that were inactive or active file. You can get on the active file after paying $45.
Once I paid the $45 they would contact me with available properties. I received addresses to homes that were not vacant or vacant but not necessarily ready to live in. No one, not even their investors had purchased them to sell.
When I talk to the property manager Rick Watson he informed me and my husband that he would refund the money because they fell short on their part.
They were supposed to contact me with some homes and never did. I made calls and only one call was returned. I have not seen a refund check of $45 yet.
I am sure if they scam 10 people out of $45 daily they are pretty wealthy!
They advertised in the newspaper and preyed on people who are desparte and can not take traditonal routes. They have us at their mercy.

First off.. in 2002 I was 17 years old ! A junior in high school , and I never knew her .. matter of fact , her family member was my highschool teacher .. anyways ... She's had it out for my father since way back in the day , and now she's found me , and harrasses me like as of I was my father or something ! She's bat sh*t crazy .. literally .. and I'm positive she will keep on trying to write more foul stuff on my name given that I am a Jr. (Same name as my father) she knows my situation and knows d**n well how stuff like this on the net manifests for me and everyone else ..
she's jealous and hateful and I don't even understand why .. her and her husband and family ripped me of thousands of dollars way back when I was younger and did it blindly , like $48,000 supposedly ( admitted from her own mouth ) and so even though it was stupid and childish , they got a taste of their own medicine , not by me but through a Godly person whom I look up to ,
but all in all.. it's been way over and she's tried all these outlandish lies claiming I'm dead and she's sold me like a piece of intellectual property or something .. or plant or animal.. but little does she and her family know.. I have been blessed and high favored since birth , and they real what they sew
