Advanced Service Solutions Advanced snow & ice This company doesn't pay! Hammonton New Jersey
Stay far away, search Ferrandino & Sons in NY.... Advanced Service is basically the same exact company as them, just based in Hammonton, NJ. They contract thousands of properties for snow removal, landscape services & property management. They'll then demand you include PO #s on everything, that change daily and per job, but not have them availble until after you've invoiced them a service. Won't honor their terms, require you to sign 20-30 page contracts, HEAVILY sided to them where they can cancel, or terminate your service for any reason and at any time they deem beneficial to themselves. Many companies on 30-45 day terms have not been paid yet after 60 days or longer.
