advanceme Today advanceme today ripped off my checking account after i revoked ach with them because they don't have a license in alabama Internet
prior to my payday loan being due, I faxed AdvanceMeToday a revocation of ACH letter. They replied back that they were going to debit my checking account anyway. In my fax, I stated to them I wasnt trying to get out of paying them and asked for an address to send a money order.
On July 12,2013, they debited my checking account for the entire amount due of $868. I feel like this was a breach of contract because I had a right to revoke the ACH as long as I provided another form of payment.
I would advise anyone not to do business with this company. They are located in Costa Rica.
