Advantage Capital said that they can get me a great credit card and be able to rebuild my credit. They told me that I had credit limit of several thousand dollars. When I got the card and information, I decided that it was not what was told to me since it was a "pay as you go" credit card.
I called and was told the standard line that "they are receiving a high call volume" and after giving them my name and number. I did this 5 times with no call back. I talked to Jessica, Tina, Eric and John. Eric even told me that he was in Nevada taking this call. Even though when I asked him what time it was, he said an eastern time compared to where I was (west coast).
Finally, I talked to Reginald who told me that the computers block out the workers so they cannot get any information. After I told him that I was talking to the NV & FL DA's office, and that he was potentially liable to be sued and criminally charged with interstate fraud, he "somehow" was able to boot up a computer and fix my account to stop the deductions.
When You call the number, don't let them just take your number, let them know that you are in contact with various law enforcement/federal/state agencies and make him/her take you out of the system immediately.

Appearently their phones are all disconnected and the FTC has filed a federal complaint on the company.
Anybody having any updates on the pending litigation both federal and civil, please let us all know.
