 I purchase over 20 vacation packages for my friends and family back in March of this year. During the initial transaction, everyone at this rip-off establishment appeared to be professional and accommodating. After all of the anticipated fees were paid to the service, and the packages were paid for in full - I phoned the agency to book our trip and travel dates. Prior to, everyone in the sales department assured me the dates of travel would be fine and not to worry about “peak times” or “black-out dates”, they also told me no other fees would apply because we were a group account.

Well, as of today, May 16, 2014...Everything about the dream vacation has gone belly-up!  I have literally been trying to book our airfare and lodging with the agency manager "Robert" and his booking agent “Ray” for over three weeks. Every time I call either individual - the line is busy, the customer service reps place me on hold for long period of time until I just give up or worst, they just totally disconnect the call. My family and I have paid close to $10,000.00 for trips that we cannot BOOK and this is totally unacceptable???

The beginning of the week I thought I had a breakthrough.  After multiple attempts to get ANYONE on the line, Robert and his booking agent Ray tag-teamed me and phoned me back. Even though I was told all I would only have to pay is a $69 booking fee and air fare/hotel tax to finalize our trips, now I'm being told each person that has ALREADY purchased their package in full back in April will have to change their dates of travel and pay an additional $750.00 more within the next 48 hours to secure their vacation package or the trips will not be booked at all.  This was their bottom line.

What makes this entire ordeal even worst is, the a*hole will not refund our money because he contends…they have spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME WORKING on our deal???? This company owes us close to $10,000 and to be totally honest….they should be bending over backwards to work with me, considering their piss-poor customer service and horrible follow-up. I totally feel scammed and unlike others...I will not rest until I get my money back.

I have contact several legal entities in Florida and Georgia this week that are concerned and willing to assist. One of the travelers in our group is a partner in a local law firm and sadly, he is extremely upset and ready to reach out to other colleagues in his profession to take immediate action. 

If you are interested in being heard and getting you hard earned money back, no matter what state your reside in. Please email (((redacted))) immediately. This kind of consumer fraud is not right and there are laws that will right this wrong. Even though this "Robert" guys reports that he is an attorney, he is unethical and a poor excuse of a business man.  Most importantly, the people that work for him are just as guilty of fraud because they also defraud to consumers and scam innocent people, knowing what the outcome is going to result to. 

At the end of the day…even to employees should be held accountable for the bad business they conduct.  All I want is justice and my money back.  If these shady company contests they have spent countless man hours doing NOTHING...I could see them retaining your $69 booking fee, but, not a dime more.  If “Adventure2Remember.com” had an ounce of morality; they would consider giving people their money back or giving people what they paid for.
