Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In 2014, I started working with this company to consolidate my student loan debt.  They pressured me to send them documents.  I faxed to them highly sensitive information regarding my finances.  The company requested an initial payment of $600 and then started withdrawing $49.95 from my bank monthly since January 2015.  The $600 was requested during the initial phase.  After sending my finanacial information, they were in contact with me for about 2 months.

Then the company no longer responded to e-mails or telephone calls requesting a status of my loan consolidation.  I left voice mail messages and e-mails.  I was finally able to stop payment through my bank.  However, this was initiated in October 2015.  Calls to the office were not answered after and tremendously long hold time.  There were occasions when messages were left but no return calls were received.

Finally about 2 months ago, someone answered.  She said that her supervisor will review my case for a refund.  I told her that no services were provided by this company at all.  Recently, I received an mail that said my account was terminated.  However, no one has called me back to discuss my refund.  The company provided absolutely no services and preyed on a person trying to lower student loan debt.
