Affordable Water Heaters Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing Terrible Company Valencia California
This company is a rip off. We paid over $2800 for a water heater a little over 2 years ago with them. THEN this week our water was not heating so we called them thinking they things would be under warranty. They told us it would cost $99 for a service call. THEN since they needed to replace a part it was a $188 labor cost. THEN they realized the part they replaced was not the problem at all. They decided it was the thermostat which is what we told them it was in the first place. They didn't have it on their truck so they needed to order it. They told us 24 hours. Well they sent the part to the wrong location and needed to delay a day. THEN they call us again and tell us they delivered the wrong part to their warehouse and that it would be another day. 4 days with cold water in the winter with teenage boys is terrible.
THEN when they leave now the water valve is leaking. Coincidence? Not sure, they are not welcome back to our house. Rude, uncaring company and completely over priced for their service. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
