I understand the frustration that may have been caused by your experience at After Hours, but there are some things that people need to realize. I have worked for this company for almost three years and there are a lot of things that people do not understand. After Hours has so many styles and sizes that they cannot accompany all of them in one store. Therefore, every store takes measurements and orders the garments to be tried on a day before the event (2 days before for weddings) to make sure that everything fits correctly. Just like the girls try on the dress before for alterations, so must the men as well. If everything was guaranteed to fit they would have everyone pick up the day of the event. As far as the "processing fee" it is a cancellation fee for cancelling your order. This is the money it costs the company to send your tuxedo and reserve your garments for your event, and then restock or send them back when you do not need them. Also, as far as not having sizes it is prom season and many styles and sizes go quick. I honestly think that if you went to a mom and pop shop, you would've had a lot more problems because they have less garments in stock. After Hours is always there to fix their problems when they leave a customer without a tuxedo.
