Complaint Review: agelessrxinc agelessrx ageless rx reviews - Internet

I have read the comments on here about ageless RX, I have had a few treatments already. The office is clean, professional and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have already recommended them to so many friends and I will continue to do so. I met with Anthony and Donna and I think they are both great people and they have been doing a great job to help me reach my goals.

I can't really explain it, but you can tell how much they actually care about what they do. There place is great and you would have to go there and meet them to understand that there is no way those statements made can be true.

Im sure that any intelligent person can read those comments and see that it is a personal attack. It is pretty obvious. I'm glad it did not stop me from going.

Knowing very little other than what I see here about ageless rx and the consumer complaints and or "competetion's" supposed complaints, I think this issue can use some outside perspective.

First, and with all due respect to Ms. Donna Graziano, there is no such NYS License which exists for "Medical Esthetician".  I wouls suggest using your words carefully as to not bring further harm or at least attention to this, especially in a public forum.  I am sure you may have a Certificate or Training is such areas, but the fact is, it is not recognised by NYS. 

Second, If people are posting as "annoynimous", it doesnt (always) mean that they are frivilous reports.  For example;  I am choosing to remain annoynimous as I would not want to associate myself in any way with these posts or these business(s), in light of their harmful content.

Third,  If any one of the various report were in fact written about the company by anyone other than people with that specific knowledge (IE: a competetor), shame on them. There are other ways to deal with conflict!

I myself am in a similar business (not geographically close to the places mentioned) and it makes me angry that you are all acting out of emotion and damaging the integrity of this feild of business (along with your own) by feeding these posts.

Consider that less fuel, creates less fire. This non-sense hurts the INDUSTRY, especially those who abide by the law and do the right things by Clients in order to avoid any "publicity", good and especially bad.

Respectfully, WAKE UP!

This company just opened.  There has been no time for the opportunity to comment on services as of yet due to this being a new business.  It's highly suspect to read such a slanderous and defaming post (which names as competitor as an alternative? highly suspect) on the businesses' opening week.

It's equally saddening to realize there are competitor's out there who choose to focus outward, rather than focus on their own business.  There is too much petty information in this odd post not to be suspect of the intentions.  It's a life lesson to know there are bully's at all ages and equally pitiful to realize they'd take the time to write slander rather than look inward and try improve their own business.  I suppose this is why we have the legal system, so slanderous crooks can be silenced.  Sadly, a necessary evil when a successful business makes it way to the forefront.

It's disconcerting to know there are website's like this that permit slanderous comments.  My only hope is that those who run this website will see this type of post has legal ramifications and will take it down.  It's sad when this type of conduct is done, the best thing to do is counteract it with positivity.  And hope those involved seek the professional help they need.  

I equally hope those seeking a trusting, professional, refined, licensed beauty treatment will consider a consultation at this establishment.  Obviously it's good enough to envy!

Ive known Donna for a long time and not only is this "report" false but its an obvious attempt to discredit a legitimate business by a company who needs to sling dirt in the name of thier own scam company. How can this so called company, who hides behind an anonymous post, claim they read about former complaints when the business just opened? Read it for what it is people, a sorry attempt by a competitor to discredit a legitimate business which is owned by a person with the highest integrity. This post borders on slanderous. Are they so threatened by agelessrx that they have to resort to dirty tactics? Well they should be because its run by the best and will be extremly successful. If I was a competitor, id be concerned too. But to stoop to this level shows you the type of person this coward really is. If your going to make false accusations, at least have the guts to come forward and not hide behind an anonomous post...

I am the owner of Ageless Rx. I am a NYS Licensed and Insured Medical Esthetician, not a cosmetologist.

The above "complaint" is false and I believe it was posted by one of our jealous, irrational competitors, in a cowardly attempt to damage our reputation because: (i) we have only been opened for one week and have had no clients or
complaints whatsoever; (ii) the author has chosen to hide his FULL name; (iii) it appears one of the posts attempted to promote a competing spa: (iii) the complaint attempts to attack my business and me directly, not address any
alleged deficiencies in the services we provide. I believe the poster is the same competitor who continues to sabotage my business by actually purchasing Agelessrxreviews.com and Agelessrx-inc.com and redirecting these bogus
sites to their business website. I suggest that anyone reading this post check out for yourself the quality of service we provide at Ageless Rx and the truth behind this Bully! Our attorneys and the NYS Attorney Generals Office have
been notified of this partys unlawful attempt to slander and Bully me (personally), and AgeLess Rx and certain other parties targeted by this Bullys slander and defamation are taking immediate action! I can assure you that at Ageless Rx, all procedures are performed by the appropriate, licensed medical professional RNs, LPNs and NPs in our beautiful, state of the art facility. I invite anyone who is interested to come to our office to get the facts and the truth. Don't be fooled by the competition hiding behind the internet with fake posts. This will be my only posting on this matter as I am sure the false, immature posting by the same silly individual will continue to emerge and we have no desire to fuel this fire; we are busy running a wonderful business! -
