Contact at behest of a friend who assured me this person was legimate. Initial contact was late October 2016. Began sending monies in November 2016. Was informed that promised monies would be sent 24 hours after final payment totaling $2000. A requirement to appease IRS rules. I how could the IRS request any type of payment before monies are received. No response to this question. In view of what I was receiving, I chose not to question the reasoning any farther.
During our association, I was lead to believe on several occasions that money was "on its way" to me after making several payments.
Final payment made February 2017. No monies received via UPS as promised. I contacted the Agent about 5:30pm, February 23, 2017. She promptly informed me that "UPS is on its way" with check. The Agent finally responded saying she was "in a board meeting". I asked if board meetings lasted 24-48 hours with no break? No response to that query.
It is now Monday, February 27, 2017 still no check has been received. I requested a return of the $2000 I sent.
