The bad news... This really sucked. As did the entire month of Feb. The good news... I followed every step that was described in another report on the company, and I was able to have ALL of my fees and the charge put back into my checking account. My hat goes off to Mary Jo at Community Banks. What I have learned... NEVER EVER EVER give anyone your bank account number. Also, Nothing is ever free. If you want something, work for it. Last but not least.. Thank you Rip Off Report and all the advice given on this site. I was able to set my problem straight, and it helped in the long run!

The moment I realize that it's a telemarketer on the other end of the phone, I hang up. I don't even say "I'm not interested". It gives them the opportunity to tell how stupid I am for not being interested in their "free" offer. My family tells me I'm rude to them. Well, so be it. These people are trained on how to suck you in the moment you open your mouth. I don't give them the opportunity to sleeze their way into my checking or credit card account. We also need to teach our elderly parents that it's okay to be rude and slam down the receiver when these crooks call them. I advise everyone to simply hang up on them. Would you rather be rude and safe, or polite and lose hundreds or thousands of dollars to a scam?

This is not to just Chantay but to all who fall for slick salesmen/women's talk. If someone came to your door in rags and said you have won a vacation and all they need is your bank account information, would you give it to them? I wouldn't. That is why would I ever give my bank account information nor confirm any information from some voice on the telephone who I did not at least call. You said "Then woman told me that I would have to confirm my Routing number and my account number..." Did she give you the numbers or did you give her the numbers and she said they agreed? Again never confirm not give out your account information on the telephone. We all fall for these tricks sometimes but I have learned too to never give out information on the telephone to someone who calls me.
