Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I went on Craigslist to find gigs and found one claiming to give you $450 for aggregation processing. The climes they worked with FiServ, which is the company that owns Netspend (it actually is). This person obviously doesn't work with FiServe. The claim that they handle promotional disbursements and have extra vouchers that will add an $800 balance to a Netspend card. They claim their job is to convert the vouchers by doing what he is doing. They send you to their Instagram, aggravated.stipends which tells you the same lies about processing some paperwork for your disbursement and they will help you with the process. They ask that you put $130 into "escrow" which I figured out is a process handled by WePay.

They essentially have you put the $130 in the "escrow" where they set most of the conditions. They then lead you on for 3 days saying they are going to get ur voucher processed and after the 3 days the money automatically gets transferred to them. I'm assuming the parameters they set make it so after 3 days of the money being held it is released to the "seller". I mentioned that I could get the voucher and keep the $130 since I am in control of it and he claims that the arbitrator would let him prove that he gave the voucher. Of course that process is not clear of what defines proper evidence. The person had a bunch of videos of people claiming to have done it and I am assuming these are this persons lousy friends. Their body language makes it obvious they are hiding deceit.
