While some time has gone by since Marvette posted this complaint, I'd still like to address these issues since during that time LeadToRealty has been growing, thriving and adjusting our services to ensure we have content customers.
Gus is one of our most trusted and reliable sales agents. He's been working at LeadToRealty for over 4 years and he has signed up hundreds of happy customers who are long-term clients to this day. Since I personally did not speak with Marvette I don't know the exact misunderstanding that took place. What I can clarify are our actual terms and conditions:
- LeadToRealty does have a 5 lead minimum (agents request to have at least 5 leads sent to them per month) but most agents see the best results when they commit to 10 or more leads each month.
- We have a pay-as-you-go service, which means that we only charge an agent's credit card when we send a lead to them in real time.
- LeadToRealty does not provide refunds: instead we send lead replacements. This means that we send an additional opportunity to our agents, which could result in a sale that will be far more valuable than a credit card refund.
- Our lead prices have changed over the years to reflect the current market rates. Please contact us for a personal quote to make sure that we give you the best price available.
- We do not offer price filters for the price range a lead is interested in, however we always verify that their request is reasonable for their local market.
- Leads have pro-actively requested assistance from a real estate agent on one of our landing pages. In addition to verifying price ranges once a lead fills out our request form, we also check their contact information both via automatic processes and by making personal phone calls.
- When agents sign up with LeadToRealty they will receive a personal Agent Panel account where they can log into our intranet and update their personal preference, areas of interest and billing information. We also have a convenient customer relationship management tool that can be used to track lead success.
It's too bad that Marvette only called one of the leads she received, since most agents see at least a 10% conversion rate (and many will have conversion rates of 20% and higher!). Lead Generation does take a little patience, however, since it can take a month or two to for a new customer to close their first sale. Marvette really didn't give the service a sufficient amount of time in order to see the results that make our customers happy.
