Ah-mygoddess non-communitive fraudulent ebay seller Avoid like the plague Rowland California
I purchase 4 items from this merchant on December 4th, 2003 (Item #s 3642194083, 3162282354, 3160419759, 3161645594). These items were to be used as Christmas gift. I figured that ordering them 3 weeks in advance would be plenty of time to allow for shipping, holiday delays, problems arising, etc.
After a week and half, the items had not come. There had not even been acknowledgement of payment from the merchant, although my credit card had been charged through Paypal. I attempted to email the merchant to find out the status, perhaps obtain a tracking number. No response.
Another email when out approximately 3-4 days later, again requesting a status. No response. Yet another email was sent a little over 2 weeks after the initial purchase was made. No response.
I made the mistake of checking the feedback AFTER making the purchase. This is not an uncommon occurence. The merchant frequently does not respond to emails and sends incomplete or incorrect orders.
Well I am stranded for Christmas, wasting time running around to malls to find the same items or something similar with little success (which was the reason I purchased from him to begin with).
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company so at least I'm not in the hole but just be advised to not trust this merchant. It's sellers like him that make people leary of Ebay. Every other person I've dealt with on there has bent over backwards to satisfy the customer.
Once again, ah-mygoddess is a inconsistent non-communitive merchant. His auctions praise the virtues of his customer service. What a load!
