AHS - American Home Shield Warranty Company UNRELIABLE, Memphis, Tennessee
You call AHS for repair to your home, they then contact someone that is at least 50 miles away or more to do the repair. No one calls, no one shows up to do the repair, of they eventually show up and then they botch the repair and you are worse off than you were before you called AHS to have the repair done. AHS has now signed on with Service Magic and Service Magic does not check to make sure their members are qualified and reliable to perform the repairs needed. I refuse to do business with any company that has a working relationship with Service Magic.
