AIG Auto Insurance Will not pay or respond to letters or calls ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Will not pay for kids or my x-rays resulting from one of their clients hitting me from behind, they will not respond to my letters, or several attempts by the phone
On 7-11-02, while taking my kids to the park, we were
rear ended from behind by someone carrying AIG auto insurance.
My two kids & myself had neck & back x-rays taken the next day.
AIG told me verbally over the phone they would handle the expense, but have refused to.
The doctors office has submitted several claims with AIG including the claim number, but AIG refuses to respond or pay.
I've written AIG several times, but they will not respond to me.
The other driver hit me from behind, it is her insurance agency's
responsibility to pay for our medical x-rays, but they will not.
