Report: i worked for this company off and on since 1992. they routinely lie, cheat, steal, and make you do things that are illegal and unethical.

they charge you interest on advance money that you may have left over. (they wont allow you to turn in any unused monies at end of week).

they dont pay drivers the correct percentage of loads. for example, one load paid them $800.00 and they paid me percentage based on $450.00. (keep in mind they do this on a regular basis).

they fine drivers for minor infractions of "company policy". (which they change and make up as they go along).

while out of hours and "doing them a favor", the truck got stuck and had to be pulled out with tow truck. i had to pay the bill.

they average a wreck every six months. they have recently been cited by d.o.t. for non-compliance.

a company issued pager was damaged and i was charged $100.00 - $200.00 for a $35.00 pager. they talk about and put drivers down to other office personnel and to other drivers. they are very contradictory and outright liars.

drivers are drug users and sellers

i know this isnt surprising in the trucking industry but it happens here. drivers smoke pot and snort cocaine while driving trucks to and from deliveries. and they sell it on the side to make extra money. everything about this company is a slap in the face to the real professional driver and society in general. but they dont care because, in their own words, 'drivers are a dime a dozen'.
