Air Dynamic - Air Dynamic - Power Performance Absolute fraudulant operation liars thieves DON'T BUY!!! Escondido California
I ordered some seats from this company. BIG MISTAKE!!! When the seats arrived, they were badly damaged. It was obvious from the packing that it was caused by Air Dynamic. I had FedEx come and inspect the damage and ship them back.
From the outset, this company has lied about contacting Fed Ex; lied about recieivng the seats back- EVEN WITH FEDEX's proof of return shipping they still denied the seats were returned. They refuse to provide a refund, they refuse to admit anything. By trade I am an attorney and what they did amounts to fraud and conversion.
It has now been almost two months with no contact back, no refund, nothing. When I call, I get put on hold "for accounting" and then they hang up. I intend to find local counsel in California to pursue this matter. I am also in the porocess of reporting their actions to the local authorities. Frankly, I do not understand how they can still be in business.
I would be happy to discuss this matter with anyone else injured by thses con artists. I notice there are other postings on this site with similar facts. I wish I looked here first.
