Air & Land Travel ripoff Tampa Florida
We received a phone call that we had one a free vacation, but we needed to come and listen to a presentation in order to get the free vacation. Since I have a timeshare, I was familar with presentations for travel bemefits .
After the 90 minute presentation a sales person came over to find out if we were interested in purchasing the RCA travel package. During the sales pitch, we were approached by several sales persons.
We decided not to sign up for their travel network and then they sent us to the reception area where gave us a choice of about three destinations. After we chose the destination, we received the brochure from Air & Land Travel Vacations of Tampa Florida.
We sent in the $50.00 per person for our hotel reservation by the expiration date. Air & Land Travel responded by sending us itinerary for various travel destinations which was very unprofessional in appearance. There were so many black out periods for I choosen destination (San Diego, CA) we decided to get our refundable deposit back. We sent a certified letter requesting our money back and have not heard anything. We have tried to contact them with no avail.
