So, this place is staffed and owned by nothing but scam artists and messed up individuals who take joy out of taking advantage of people. Including old people.. Yeah pretty messed up Right ? They took advantage of my own grandma. After reviewing her payment report which I went to the place and got myself (they were not happy to assist me) I then realized how bad they were really ripping her off. My suspicions were raised before hand when she told me she was still making payments on the car which should have been already all the way paid off by now. First off, they charged her 29% interest on a 1,000 down payment.. Which is illigal. Nothing on this payment plan was consistent and they basically rigged the numbers when entering them into the computer payment system in an almost slick attempt to rip off my grandma knowing her state of mind was not the best. Luckily I know my numbers well and was able to figure it out after studying the paper and doing some math for a little while. Then it hit me and I was able to figure out exactly how they are ripping her off in a way that is practically unnoticcible to the average human eye when reviewing their payment stubs. Almost smart in a way, but let's just go with con artist considering they aren't using their smarts for good.. But for evil. I then eventually confronted them and they replied with crude humor, snide remarks, combativeness and a "haha" type attitude to taking advantage of my grandma. Great customer service right there. The same day I confronted them and took a $300 payment up there for my grandma... The same day The transmition broke and I had to go get my grandma broken down on the side of the road... So over all, very unpleasant time dealing with this "company" if you would even call it that. Because I call it a scam.. Sham. And a group of con artists posing as an efficient auto dealership. Worst part to me is they represent themselves as a patriotic based brand and they are far from it. Sad that's how they're representing the United States of America because I'm pretty sure that's not what it's about.
