I saw a viral advertisement for the "Airport Jacket" Kickstarter and thought I was in love. It was the first Kickstarter campaign I backed and now I'm not sure I will back another... They didn't meet their goal but offered to sell me the jackets anyway (I ordered two at over $300. I think it was $350-ish total), however... The product they sent me looked nothing like the advertisement, and they admitted that it sucked so eventually took the site down and spoke of a relaunch. I wanted to make a return, but... From the USA to Australia that's over $300 shipping! I asked for suggestions, and they offered to send a replacement since shipping from Australia to USA us only a few dollars, then they played games with me, ignored my messages. When I posted on their Facebook page about it to get their attention, they continued to ignore me and had my account deactivated as spam to get rid of my comments. Nearly a year of games from these people! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. SUCH A RIPOFF, DISAPPOINTMENT, AND THESE ARE SHAMEFUL PEOPLE. THEY HAVE AS KID. HOW SAD.

According to the Airport Jacket Facebook page they are also known as "Juice Promotions - a tangible marketing agency." juicepromotions . com . au . I personally wouldn't trust anything they touch. This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had in my life. Over $300 wasted. Thought because their Kickstarter was being promoted by some of the media outlets on my Facebook feed that they could be trusted and I was lucky to discover it, but now I have nothing more than a pile of junk and regret. Such a trash product and business ethic. Disgraceful.
