Do Not Use Al Serra Chevy truck service dept, James Marchetti the manager is rude and rips people off a very shady person. I honestly don't knom how he can sleep at night knowing he makes more money saying your parts are not covered under warrenty. You pay $300.00 for a new part, and under warrenty they would only get $50.00. How can a customer tell the honest truth and they just lie to your face. Very up setting and appointing to know you can not trust the bussines you bought you new truck from. There is absolotely NO customer sevice here in the Al Serra Auto Plaza do to James Marchetti,Tate and Eric.
