Alamo Apartments Nancy Clark, Jarrod Clark Otto Correct Unleaded Group Worst Rental Experience in my life Lamar CO Colorado
I am a visiting scholar at a local community college who signed a short 10 week lease. I was required to put down a deposit of $1200 which shoud have been my first warning sign. I was placed on the 3rd floor and within a few weeks the elevator was not functional. I have dogs that the landlord allowed but complained about constantly once we arrived despite the fact that she lives 3 hours away. She only provided me with one key which was apparently the only in her possesion and despite several written requests asking for a key for my daughter she couldn't be bothered. When I accidentally locked myself out I had to pay a locksmith because there is no manager on site that can be contacted. When I contacted Nancy Clark, she screamed at me and requested I vacate the property which I am happy to do. Living here has been a nightmare. I would prefer living on the streets as opposed to living at Alamo which reminds me of the constant problem of vagrants hanging around. The trash bins are overflowing and Nancy's "garden area" is a basement with a grill that sits in front of overflowing garbage cans. Stay at a hotel...move along to the next town...DO NOT sign a lease with Nancy Clark unless you want to be miserable and lose a lot of money
