This psychotic sex pervert has resurfaced again, this time posing as a respresentative of a legitimate? hopsital.
Alan Leader (or Spankman) as I call him was convicted of running a sex ring for his own perversions with governmental money earmarked for the mentally ill.
I had to spend 2 years getting him out of our area and wasting the public purse.
Now he claims to work for Charing Cross Hospital (London, England) to give his evil sex games credibilty. He also claims to work for Riverside Mental Health Trust who must be pervs themselves.
