Mr. Arcuri Contacted us said he could provide 10 Nintendo game stations + 10 free games Promised to reimburse wire transfer $79.99 + free shipping Sent instructions on how to use a credit card to send money through Western Union. That did not work gave instructions on how to wire money to his account and what to say to WU to make them take the money Was not able to wire money to WU on the phone had to wire money local WU He acknowledged money received promised to ship overnight express 3/28/07 he wrote: Please remember if and when the clerk asks what the money is for most of the time say it is for a friend in order to save yourself a long lecture and even sometimes they will make you go to another wu if you tell them it is for a sale. As soon as the money is sent Please email or call us here so that we can pick up the payment once this is done allow us around 1 hour to send you a tracking number for your order Should have more then enough time to get your first order out today so that you receive it tomorrow Let me know if you need anything Had to send several messages asking where the tracking number was and when was he going to ship the order Saved all the messages all promises he made. Told him we no longer wanted this order he promised a full refund At first he told us it would take 2-3 wks to get money back than he changed it to 3-4 wks and tried to tell us that it was because of our location As of 5/24/07 have not received any money Paid Mr Arcuri $1750.00 + $79.99 (WU wire fee)for these items on 3/28/07 and never received anything Reported him to the Florida Better Business Bureau/Internet Crime Complaint Center/ Maine Attorney General's Office
