In April of 2015, I hired this company to replace the flooring in my home with laminate flooring and vynl tile.
They claimed they were licensed and insured. They also claimed over 25 years of installation experiance and having employees who were fully trained to install flooring. They installed laminate siding and vynl flooring in my home in a week. Upon inspection, many of the laminate strips were bowed at the ends. Some had chips and bubbles in the laminate.
The basement vynl floor did not look anything like the sample I was shown! A completely different color and pattern.
The vynl floor in the kitchen and bathroom was peeeling up only days after installation. The owner Joseph Albright refused to make a refund after he admitted the materials were in fact defective. I attempted to file a claim with his insurance and then found out he was not covered! He had used subcontractors, not employees as promised! I am now left with having to file a lawsuit to get my money back and to have these shoddy materials removed from my home! I cannot move back into the house because the flooring materials are defective. I cannot sell the home because of having to declare the flooring defects! I am living at a friends home until this disaster is dealt with in court! Run away from this business! There is no insurance coverage and you will be chasing the owner and subcontrators to repair your floors!
