I made a purchase or that's what I thought, Every time I attempted to finalize
I was informed I missed a few questions and had to return to refill them in I did this approximately three times and realized each and every time I returned with requested information I was being charged $25.00 for a total of 75.00. So I had to wait
till the next day to talk with someone. I explained the whole thing and was told it looks like there site was to blame for the error and I should receive my money back in 7-10 days
Needless to say I did not get my money back only a form letter they supplied that said I knew what I was getting, it wasn't  there fault. They automatically removed another $75.00 from my account because it was a monthly charge. so now I'm out 150.00 I again contacted AlertPay they said they would cancel any further charges regarding the same company. and i should receive my money back in 7-10 days. I have been receiving letters stating the case is closed and they are not going to pursue it any further. I have kept most all of the letters,dates and so forth and will supply them if needed.
