Complaint Review: Alex korchmar - Brooklyn New york

WOW where do i begin, met alex korchmar at a car wash in brooklyn ny in the summer on 2017. he portrayed himself as a succesfull business man who drove in a black rolls royce wraith, would come to the wash with his son who is in his early 20s who also drove a new purple porche ........ he was always dressed well and acted proffesionally. A few months after our friendship he proposed a business venture. He said he was the owner of FIVE TOWNS NISSAN in far rockaway ny, and was in the process of purchasing a kia dealership in denville nj "DENVILLE KIA" .....he said he was in the rpocess to purchase the land and the business in denville nj, we made a deal that i would purchase the real estate portion and he would acquire the business and pay rent....And this is where all the FRAUD starts, He hired a attorney named VIVIAN SOBERS who apparently was in on the whole scam, she sent my attorney a contract on the purchase of the land and asked my attorney to review it and wire money to her ESCROW ACCOUNT>>......once my attorney reviewed the contract We wired the full purchase amount to her ECROW ACCOUNT WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. once we found out it was his personal account we contacted his attorney and she was nowhere to be found ....

His attorney released the funds to him and turns out he used the money to pay back old debt that he had. He told us he had the closing and we were owners of the property but never provided documents, on the first of the month when rent was due he gave us FAKE checks which ofcourse bounced, thats when we actually understood we were defrauded. Wen then drove to denville to the dealership and they stated to us they dont know who Alex KORCHMAR is we then drove to five towns NiSSAN and the managment told us he sold the nissan dealership 5 years ago and we are not the first people coming and asking.....

Its now been 11 months and literally every single day there is a new story..... he constantly sends us fake wire transfers that never clear always promises money back gives us checks that never clear, and even convinced his bank to tell us on his behalf that he send us wires and never did.......He is a thief a liar and a scammer. What he did was ILLEGAL and will be put to jail.... HIM AND HIS ATTORNEY COMMITED MULTIPLE FELONIES........ HIS wife and kids are all in on the scam, HE REALLY KNOWS HOW TO TELL STORIES HE WILL MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT DOGS CAN FLY......... I GAVE HIM MANY CHANCES TO PAY THE MONEY BACK BEFORE I WENT TO THE FBI BUT AT THIS POINT HE LEAVES ME NO CHOICE.......

HE LIVES IN BRIGHTON BEACH OCEANA COMPLEX BROOKLYN NY, HE DRIVES A CADILLAC ESCALADE OR A BLUE NISSAN SENTRA WITH DEALER PLATES LATELY. I AM WRITING THIS FOR THE SAKE OF OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO GET DEFRAUDED BY ALEX KORCHMAR IF YOU SEE HIM COMING YOUR WAY RUN HIS WIFE MILA PLAYS THE ROLE ........... SOON HE WILL BE INCARCERATED....... ALSO TURNS OUT I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON HE OWES MONEY TOO AND HAS BEEN DEFRAUDING PEOPLE FOR YEARS. 

HE WILL PROMISE YOU HIS LIVER for you just to give him some hope and belief DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON EVERY WORD IS A LIE AND A SCAM...... he will also tell you how he can give you his apartment as collateral,,,, its a lie he has a lien on it from another person he defrauded for $1,800,000 .........

PLEASE STAY AWAY AND AGAIN DO NOT BELIEVE A THING HE SAYS, SOON I WILL GET JUSTICE AND HE WILL ROT IN PRISON.
