I was applying for the customer service representative work from home position that is on craiglist listed in the illinois area. I sent my resume for the position. I received an email from alex smith and he also sent me a check for $2200. I thought that was very odd since i havent interviewed nor received any paperwork to fill out for the position. i contacted the name listed on the check which is Austintatious Pools at (512) 832-0508 - 12014 N Lamar Blvd,, Austin, TX 78753 i spoke to the lady that answer the phone and she stated that someone is using their name and the bank and routing number but not the account number due to the scam artist doesnt have that and sending checks that are bad checks for people to cash them. I received the check and it does look like a real check but it is not. I decided to contact this office and i will not be cashing this scam check at all i want to know where can i get a copy of the scam artist check sent to this office. I have attached the email that i received from this scam artist alex smith please let me know, thanks

Payments will be mailed out to you which you will cash and expend in carrying out all that will be required of you including your compensation.
