Alex Tefel, better known by many as the “King Con” is nothing but a rat, scum bag and thief. Disguising himself as a Miami based property manager and broker, Alex Tefel repeatedly steals money from his clients, fails to return security deposits and secretly enters the properties of guests when they aren’t home and steals their cash and jewelry.
He is being sued by multiple property owners for not paying out their rental income and withholding cash from clients, housekeepers, and even other brokers around town that bring him business.
Stay away from this weezle, he will steal your money and smile at you in your face while he does it.

Wow, so sad that a competitor would try and make a story up. I been i business for 7 years and never been sued. Especially by one of my owners. At this house address that they are claiming they go screwed out of $20k, only rents for $1200/ night with a $1k security deposit. So this is so made up!
I have great reviews any where you look me up. Whoever "Danny” is, we have never done business. In a cowardly fashion, he has committed the crime of defamation, publishing knowingly false statements. It should be observed that the educational level of "Danny” is likely not beyond the 2nd Grade. He is incapable of proper grammar or accurate spelling.
We are only the property managers for the homeowner of the real estate location cited. And, not only have we never done any deals for that amount, we have had no complaints. "Danny” is likely a competitor intent on smearing our reputation.
I challenge "Danny” to reveal himself and provide copies of a contract, payments and any correspondences supporting his false claims.
