This person approaches people he has no connection to without performing any due diligence. He might be licensed, although I did not verify his claims with the state, but he has very poor social skills. He also gets involved in frivolous lawsuits. Again, it is not like this guy works for a flower shop and makes his living delivering flowers to senior citizens on Valentine's Day. He would probably benefit from taking a diplomacy course but that will come to him in the next 20 years, if at all.
