Alexander Brosda Alex Brosda Stole Money ($3,954) from me by Refusing to Pay Back Short Term Loan Sunny Isles Beach Florida
Out of friendship, I loaned Alexander Brosda $3,954 to complete a business transaction that was causing he and his wife significant.
On January 3rd, 2018 my ex-wife loaned Alexander & Katerina Brosda $3,954 worth of Ethereum Cryptocurrency to participate in a business venture; it was further agreed that within (30) days, on or before (February 2nd, 2018) Alexander & Katerina Brosda would pay her back from the earnings in this new venture, or in cash, whichever first was readily available. Whenever the deadline came to repay this loan from a single mother, (February 2nd, 2018), Alexander Brosda became very belligerent, and evasive, as well slanderous to myself & numerous others in the company about my ex-wife. Alexander Brosda was trying to do whatever he could to get out of paying this honest loan my ex-wife gave he and Katerina Brosda. After seeing how financially harmful this loan default had began to negatively, and financially impact my ex-wife, and young daughter; I approached Alexander Brosda, and stated I would loan him the money to pay his debt to my ex-wife under (1) condition; he was to repay me back the full amount of $3,954 on or before March 30th, 2018. All was agreed and I fully repaid his loan to my ex-wife on March 6th, 2018. Only once during this time have we discussed his defaulted loan to my ex-wife; during which was for me to inform him she had been paid in full, and he could easily verify if need be by simply asking her. On March 30th, 2018, in writing; I requested Alexander Brosda to repay his (0% INTEREST) loan; And as of this text, neither Alexander, or Katerina Brosda have attempted to pay back one dollar; in fact, they are now attempting to slander me throughout the company to our colleagues and friends, as well send me emails and text which I liken to Blackmail, and an extreme distortion of the facts, and in these emails are calling one of our own business partners a "vendor", and trying to steal money from her that she advanced out of her own pocket for the benefit of our partnership! This is preposterous and obviously how they do business, and I would encourage "no one" to loan or advance them "any" form of money, stocks, or bonds, be it fiat or cryptocurrency; as I am now having to go through the expense of suing them, and naming our company as well, in an attempt to obtain the assets which are rightfully mine, or the cash loan in full of $3,954.00; which is now accruing interest at the Florida Statutory maximum.
