I'll tell you what's wrong - SHE HAS THE MERCHANDISE IN HER POSSESSION!!!! Pay to have the merchanside shipped back, and then charge/sue your son for the costs. Problem solved.

Since the purchase was made by a fraudulent charge on a credit card, why don't you just dispute the charge with the card company? You should only be responsible for a maximum of $50 if your card was used fraudulently.
