All American Air & Electric Sold prepaid annual Home A/C service using technicians trained to condemn your unit to sell new equipment A Blown fuse was diagnosed as fatal fraudulent ripoff business Ocala Florida
This company operates in a area heavily populated with new arrivals from northern states. They advertise a free inspection and initial service and sell an annual service contract for $225 promising free service calls and discounted parts for repairs. I called them when my A/C fan started making a noise. Two Technicians arrived and within minutes condemned my central air and quoted a discounted price to replace it of $4200.
When I questioned them for more details they became angry and threatening. I called a local company recommeded my a neighbor. They came and replaced a fuse and service the coolant and replaced a broken wire for a total of $64.00. All American Air refuses to return my calls and will not respond to requests for service despite my prepaid contract. I feel they prey on the elderly and do a great disservice to our community.
